Southend midfielder Franck Moussa is fine despite taking a knock during the 2-1 win against Bristol Rovers.
The Belgian was substituted immediately after a strong-looking challenge from Rovers defender Byron Anthony.
But the 20-year-old was back in training on Monday and should be fine for the Shrimpers` trip to Carlisle on Saturday.
"It was a strong tackle and I feared the worst at the time but fortunately he is fine," manager Steve Tilson told the club's official website.
"We've not got a lot of options available to us at the moment so thankfully he is going to be okay."
