Bundesliga - Hannover block Huszti Celtic move

Hannover have warned Celtic they will be wasting their time if they attempt to sign Szabolcs Huszti in the winter transfer window.

The Scottish champions have been linked with a move for the 25-year-old Hungarian midfielder, who is a free agent in the summer.

But Hannover sporting director Christian Hostetter told the Daily Record: "He is free to speak to clubs in January but it is our opinion not to sell him in the winter.

"With our situation, it is impossible for us to let him go to another club at this time."
