Richard Money was not satisfied after a late Bristol Rovers equaliser denied Walsall three points in a 1-1 draw at the Memorial Stadium.Craig Disley scored four minutes from time after Rickie Lambert had headed the ball into his path. The former Mansfield midfielder cancelled out Edrissa Sonko's bullet header that had given the visitors a 37th-minute lead.
"I am not saying Rovers didn't deserve something from the match, but when you get within a few minutes of winning it is always disappointing to drop points," said Money.
Driving rain and a swirling wind made it difficult for both sides as the pitch started to become waterlogged in places.
Money added: "You had to walk across the pitch to see how bad it was and both teams deserved credit for trying to play football the right way.
"We are getting used to those conditions and I thought we passed the ball really well in the first half. We were so close to winning, but Rovers were worth something on the strength of their second-half performance."
