Chester manager Bobby Williamson bemoaned a linesman's decision as his side slipped to a 1-0 defeat at Meadow Lane against Notts County.Adam Tann scored the crucial goal - one which Williamson thought should have been ruled out for offside - to leave Chester without a win in six games.

Williamson said: "We thought the goal was offside but the linesman was in no position to call it.

"I felt that we deserved something out of the game but (Kevin) Pilkington's save was crucial.

"I don't think the fans can complain about our effort - we showed a great deal more than last week but just didn't get any luck."
