Manchester City have signed Craig Bellamy from West Ham for an undisclosed fee.
The striker put pen to paper on a four-and-half year deal after passing a medical and agreeing personal terms
West Ham have not divulged the exact fee for Bellamy, but it is reportedly worth around £14m.
Bellamy originally wanted to join Tottenham but once West Ham made it clear they were not going to let the striker join their London rivals, he quickly agreed to link up again with countryman Mark Hughes.
"I am delighted to be working with Craig once more," Hughes told the club's official website.
"He is an outstanding player who provides us with qualities that we are slightly lacking.
"He has blistering pace, has bags of of enthusiasm and has a superb attitude to training. He will be a great addition to the squad."

if the FA had any balls they would ban him for 12 months for refusing to play when he was under contract. that said. 14 million for an injury prone troublemaker, is very good business and west ham need the money. good luck west ham from a gooner
At least the Hammers try to play football, not like that from yorkie land.
A really money grabbing no neck a few months ago he says he would not leave unless West Ham wanted him to leave, a year and half ago "West Ham are ambitious club, i didn't want to cheat my self by picking up my wage packet without playing (Liverpool), does he really think his in the starting line up guaranteed. Also said it was going to be his last club his gonna play for know his 7th Premier League club know SHOCKING Takes a bad smell and attitude where ever he goes rows, busts and assaults."has a superb attitude to training and will be a great addition to the squad" according to M Hughes. ARE YOU CRAZY see what he done on Friday demanding a transfer and not training makes me sick, See Where Man City are in the table Bellars and you should have watched you old team destroy fulham oh year West Ham by the way thought you may have forget considering how many clubs you have played for . Anyway £14 million brilliant money considering his injuries, attitude, neck, wages, age could go on. See you at Upton Park when you fighting for relegation with Man City. NO LOYALTY
What a f&@king result bellend going to City. I'm spurs and was dreading the little @#$% jointing the lilly whites. He is a good player (when fit) but what a @#$%.
How many strikers are Man Citeh going to buy? Can Bellamy play defense?
Fantastic that we have off loaded such a money grabbing, t*ss pot of an excuse of a player. Happy to take the millions while he was injured and repays with wanting out for more money!. Good riddance you're not fit to wear the shirt you a*s*hole! One thing you can count on is that we have very long memories in East London, way beyond when your playing days are over too! Ask Judas Ince and the other little T*rd Defoe!
What a joke. Bellamy is not worth 14million and any decent club owner knows that. Obvious that City just want to sign players to spend. There are beter players out there for much less and with less baggage. Good business by Zola at West Ham - 14million for a scab donkey is sound business. Next season Bellamy will go again if he is not injured and City waste more money. Laughable.
Shut up Colban you idiot! That is a different topic completely! Don't come here and just try to start a fight with a completely off-topic remark! Fool!
well west ham have got half the money they us!! hope you go into administration cheating scum.. up the blades!!!
Bellamy is a complete joke! I thought he had finally settled down and would be loyal to a club at last! I guess not! Well don't get too attached to him City fans, he will be off again as soon as some other club catches his eye!! I hope West Ham use his fee wisely and by a striker with some integrity and loyalty!
They quite obviously don't need him at Upton Park judging by Sundays result against Fulham! Have fun keeping that bench warm at City Mr. Bellamy! You loser!
West Ham shouldn't even be in the premier league.. why would anyone want to play for a club that cheats to win??
Bellamy is a SCAB we save his career when liverpool didnt want him no more and no one else was that interested,HE will be villivied at UPTON PARK for the scum he is,he will get worse reception than ince and lampard CITY what a waste of £14 mill u have, when someone else shows him a big cheque and you say no he will stamp his feet and throw his dummy out like he did with us GOOD RIDDANCE to disloyal players COME ON YOU IRONS
99% EMBITTERED W.A.N.K.E.R.S. & MAN U SUPPORTERS ....C.T.I.D.
Bellamy is a C**T!!! I hope he gets what he deserves and breaks his fu**ing legs in training!!!
just had a look on city's website. Bellamy is on there wearing the sky blue shirt though he's not smiling much and the colour doean't suit him. Need I say more.
Good luck City!! I'm sure he'll be off once another money spinner presents itself!!! The man is a poor excuse of a man!! Still, at least he's made his millions from football at the expensive of loyal paying football fans!!!!
Well, well, City never fail to amaze me, and they've done it again.
Man City.... what a joke football has become!
One thing West Ham be happy with money, but why buy him Man City lol. Mybe to stop Spurs?
Not replacing Dunne during this transfer market seems to be a stupid move by Hughes.
Arrival of Bellamy had confirmed that Hughes is brainless...
