Scotland boost for Town

Ipswich have received positive injury news ahead of their trip to Leeds.

Striker Jason Scotland was forced off with a hamstring complaint after 69 minutes of last weekend's 2-2 draw against Blackpool but should be okay for the Elland Road encounter.

Skipper Grant Leadbitter (hip) and defender Damien Delaney (foot) have also both rejoined training this week and stand a good chance of being involved.

Midfielder Lee Bowyer, however, misses out on a return to his former employers as he continues to nurse a groin problem.

Jimmy Bullard made a welcome return from a serious virus as a second-half substitute against the Seasiders last Saturday.

Tamas Priskin will not be available, though, having this week parted ways with the Suffolk club by mutual consent.
