The head of youth development at the Football League has hailed Chester's "massive progress" after visiting the new training ground at Sealand.Graham Hawkins visited the new training site and youth development project at Sealand with newly appointed Chester coach Jason McAteer on Monday and believes the Blues are taking huge strides toward securing their football league future.
Hawkins told the club's official website: "This facility can be one of the best in the Football League and I have been able to see the massive progress that the club has made."
