Everton boss David Moyes has revealed that he has a more-or-less fully-fit squad to choose from for Thursday's UEFA Cup second-leg clash against Brann Bergen at Goodison Park.

Defender Anthony Gardner is the only casualty - and he already carried his muscle injury when he joined on loan from Tottenham in January.

Spanish playmaker Mikel Arteta, South African attacking midfielder Steven Pienaar and Danish midfielder Thomas Gravesen all return after missing the first leg, a 2-0 victory in Norway.

"I think this is only the second time this season we have had the entire squad to select from," Moyes said.

"It is good for the rest of our campaign that all our absentees and injuries have cleared up.

"We know we are in a good position in the tie, but we will be doing everything correctly and making sure we do not make any mistakes because in football things can turn around very quickly."

Leon Osman and Victor Anichebe scored second-half goals to secure the away win over the Norwegian champions in the last-32 stage.
