Mansfield Town caretaker boss Paul Holland is aiming to bolster his relegation-threatened side with two new signings.Holland admits he has been in talks with a number of managers over the past few days but is now concentrating on two players in particular and hopes to gain their signatures before the weekend.
Holland took over from Billy Dearden two weeks ago and it was confirmed on Tuesday he would be given a further two weeks at the helm following the consistent improvement since his arrival.
He told Mansfield.net: "We cannot rest on our laurels. I feel it is right that I bring in these two players to try and freshen things.
"These players will give everyone a real lift."
