Blackpool have signed Nottingham Forest striker Grant Holt on loan for the rest of the season.
The 27-year-old has netted 24 times in 109 appearances since arriving at the City Ground from Rochdale for £300,000 in January 2006.
His opportunities at Forest have been limited of late due to the form of Nathan Tyson, Junior Agogo and recent loan signing Brett Ormerod.
Holt's arrival is a boost to Blackpool manager Simon Grayson, who looks set to be without on-loan Manchester City striker Paul Dickov (hamstring) against Stoke this weekend.
"I just felt it was an opportunity when he became available," said Grayson.
"We've enquired about him over the last year or so as well and just decided it was the right time to try and bring another body in."
