Tuesday MotoGP test times - Le Mans.

Tue 20 May, 07:26 PM

Lap times from the second and final day of post-race testing at Le Mans.

While the five factory MotoGP teams - plus San Carlo Honda Gresini - had been present at Le Mans for testing on Monday, only four riders returned on Tuesday.

Ducati then called a halt to its test programme at lunch time on day two after identifying the component that caused Casey Stoner's engine failure in Sunday's race (see separate story).

Rossi, like Stoner, used only race tyres on Tuesday, while Melandri managed just a handful of laps.

Round six of the 2008 MotoGP World Championship, the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello, takes place on June 1.
