Howe hopes fear has gone

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe insists his players can play without fear when they kick off their League Two campaign in August.

The Cherries overcome a 17-point deduction at the beginning of the season to safeguard their Football League status.

Howe masterminded their stunning march to safety in the second half of the campaign and is expecting even more from his men next term.

He said: "We have good players here, but with the massive pressure of the points deduction, I also believe that it was difficult for the players to express themselves fully.

"The pressure of relegation has now gone and I believe we can go on and express ourselves further and prove to everybody, not least to ourselves, what a good team we can be."
