Owain Tudur Jones' agent has urged Swindon to put an offer on the table for the Wales international.
The 24-year-old Swansea midfielder spent the latter part of last season on loan at the County Ground and despite being offered a new deal by Roberto Martinez, his agent Dean Sheehan has indicated he would be interested in a permanent switch to the Robins.
Championship duo Sheffield Wednesday and Barnsley are also reportedly keeping tabs on Tudur Jones and Swindon boss Danny Wilson has been told not to delay.
"There's lots of expressions of interest at the moment and I know Danny's a fan, so if he's interested then let's hear what you've got to say because he had a great time there," Sheehan told the Swindon Advertiser.
"Danny has said `bear us in mind'. It's not an option he would turn down immediately, but we need to have a firm offer. I think the most important thing for Owain is that he's got to play. He really found his feet towards the end which was exactly what we were after."
Meanwhile, Tudur Jones' Swansea team-mate Darren Pratley has pulled out of the Jamaica squad for their Gold Cup fixtures this summer to allow him to concentrate on pre-season training.
