Kimi Raikkonen took over testing chores today at Silverstone from test driver Luca Badoer and set the second fastest time of the day around the 5.141KM circuit.

Raikkonen worked mainly on developing new aerodynamic and mechanical solutions and on finding the best set-up on the car for this track.

The Finnish driver covered a total of 62 laps, the quickest in a time of 1.21.548, over two second quicker than Badoer’s best yesterday.

The Scuderia continues testing tomorrow: on track will be Felipe Massa.
