Ipswich have been boosted by the news that Chris Casement has agreed a new one-year contract to keep him at the club until next summer.The 20-year-old defender made three appearances for Jim Magilton's side last season and has been handed another 12 months to prove himself in the Championship.

Magilton told the club's official website: "Chris will be with us for at least another year and I will be looking for him to really push on next season."
