Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted very strongly he is looking to leave the European champions for Real Madrid this summer. The 23-year-old, following Portugal's 3-2 defeat to Germany in the quarter-finals of Euro 2008, spoke about his club future.
"In two or three days time I will announce my future because the tournament is over for me," he said in Portuguese after the game.
"I will speak to Manchester United.
"I will try to reach an agreement and we will see."
Ronaldo helped fire United to a Premier League and Champions League double this season.
When asked if he has made a decision regarding a move to Real Madrid, he replied: "No, not yet."
The winger, one of the world's top players, is still under contract with the Red Devils but Spanish champions Real have been in hot pursuit of him since the end of the season.
Ronaldo also revealed he was now due to have an operation to rectify a foot injury.
"I am now going to be able to have surgery - it is now three months I have played with this little foot problem," he told L'Equipe.
"I am going to try to make the most of my convalescence to return at 100%."

Let CR leave the ungratefull man and bring in Huntellar fo the goals.
i think man u shud feel how to loose their key player as what they usually did to other smaller financial club..
I just hope he leave man utd, i think Robinho and Sergio Ramos would cover his place, Nani can also step up to take his place, Ronaldo is the most selfish player i ever saw, i think he learned everything from Manutd, but he should have learned from Ryan Giggs what does loyalty means!
