- If you were one of the A-Team, who would you be?

BA Baracus, without a doubt. I think he's the one everyone remembers and he's the funniest one.

- If a grizzly bear and a tiger shark had a fight who would win?

I'd say the tiger shark. It's had a fair few million years to evolve so I'll back him.

- What is your favourite film?

There's a few of them, but I'd say the Goonies.

- When was the last time you threw a punch?

Probably at (Harlequins team-mate) Danny Care last night, when we were watching the Liverpool match. I'm a United fan, so I probably gave him a quick dig in the kidneys.

- How big is your television?

A 42 inch Philips Ambilight. I was mad keen when I got my own place so I thought "I need a good TV". Although when I put it up on the wall I hit a mains water pipe and flooded the flat in the process.

- Barack Obama, John McCain or Hillary Clinton?

Barack Obama. I just think he has more charisma, and I don't know if Hilary would be where she is if it wasn't for her husband being president.

- Who is your ideal woman?

Jessica Alba and my girlfriend!

- What is your culinary speciality?

Beans on toast with cheese on top. I'm a mean beans on toast fan.

- Is darts a sport?

No, but it's great to go and watch.

- What car do you drive?

Alfa Romeo Spider.

- What is your favourite gadget?

It would probably be the iPhone. That's a pretty impressive bit of kit.

- What annoys you?

What annoys me is people who cannot interpret road signs. When it goes down to one lane on the motorway, they always shoot up on the outside, and they don't realise they're slowing everyone down. I do so much commuting back to Manchester. It puts hours on my journey.
