Norwich manager Glenn Roeder is reportedly set to complete the signing of Luton midfielder David Bell on a three-year deal.The Canaries held talks with Bell on Friday after agreeing an undisclosed fee with Luton.
Luton have been forced to offload Bell as a result of their financial troubles at Kenilworth Road.
Bell is believed to have passed a medical at Carrow Road and concurred on a three-year deal with the Championship side.
Norwich have beaten off interest from a host of clubs, including Coventry and Leicester to land the skilful midfielder.
Bell is set to become Norwich's fifth new signing of the summer following the arrivals of Wes Hoolahan, Sammy Clingan, Dejan Stankovic and Elliot Omozusi.
