MK Dons Paul Ince insisted there is room for improvement from his side despite seeing them win 1-0 at Wycombe.
Mat Doumbe`s first goal of the season gave the impressive Dons a well-deserved sixth victory from their last seven, and inflicted a fifth league loss on the Chairboys. Ince said: "We thoroughly deserved it as we took control of the game from start to finish and our passing was great at times but we've got to be a bit more clinical and direct than we were.
"We got our delivery right, had a lot of chances and created a lot from set-pieces but we couldn't get on the end of them enough.
"The goal came from a strange source in Mathias and I was shouting `pass it`, but it ended up being a Maradona-type run and he put it in the back of the net."
