Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll was unhappy with his side's performance in the 3-3 draw with Ipswich - despite snatching a late equaliser.
Rovers had led in the first half through a Waide Fairhurst strike but a frantic second half saw Ipswich head into the final minutes with a 3-2 lead.
A stunning late strike from Quinton Fortune earned Rovers a point, but a despondent O'Driscoll said: "I thought it was a poor performance. We didn't get out of first gear and we haven't played like that for a long time.
"You can talk about the goals we scored, but they hide a multitude of sins. We pride ourselves on our level of performance and I didn't think it was anywhere near what we are capable of.
"I thought we lacked ideas and didn't do a lot of things that we've done well week in, week out."
