Plymouth boss Paul Sturrock admits he is feeling the pressure after watching his side slip to a 3-1 defeat at Newcastle.
Goals from Steven Taylor, Kevin Nolan and Andy Carroll condemned Argyle to their sixth defeat in eight league games and Sturrock fears for his future.
"I have had two draws and six defeats and I am human," he said. "At the end of the day, there's only so far a board can wait for me to turn it around.
"But they have been very committed to the cause. They see there is light at the end of the tunnel, but we have got to turn it soon.
"Pressure? I have had 35 years in the game and at the end of the day, I am like anybody else.
"But I want the right thing for Plymouth Argyle and we are attempting to do the right thing. I am very, very confident that these players will turn it around."

Its clear to me that Sturrock has just 3 games; Forest, Posh and then Scarborough. Turn them around and we'll be ok; failure will spell the end though! I'm still positive we will be ok come next May.
Argylepwl...season ticket holder and 100 miles away!
