Leyton Orient boss Geraint Williams admitted his side have some work in front of them after they lost 2-1 at Stockport.
Nicholas Bignall and Greg Tansey put Stockport two up in the second half, before Tamika Mkandawire hit back with a late consolation for the visitors, who have not won in League One since the opening day of the season.
Williams said: "I don't feel there was much between the two teams in the first half, and we had a good appeal for a penalty turned down.
"We conceded a poor goal just after half-time though, and that knocked us back. Our use of the ball disappointed me too.
"Having said that I don't think we've got as many points as we've deserved so far this season.
"However, there has been a lot of honest opinions expressed in the dressing room just now, and we have got work to do if we are turn things around."
