Bayern Munich defender Edson Braafheid has been ruled out of the Champions League match against Bordeaux with a muscle injury.

Bayern said on their website that the Dutchman had a minor problem and would either be replaced by Croat Danijel Pranjic or by switching Philipp Lahm over to the left side.

Bayern, who lead Group A on goal difference from the French champions, will also be without injured midfielders Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.
