Manager John Sheridan believes Chesterfield`s away record this season tells a false tale.
Sheridan has seen his side defeated in five of their seven league matches on the road - the latest of which was a 1-0 loss at Hereford on Saturday.
But he insists his team have performed well on their travels but have not been fairly rewarded.
"I've seen the results that show who's won where, but I bet no team has played better than us away from home this season," said Sheridan.
"We went to Hereford and, again despite being the best team, came away with nothing to show for it. It`s becoming a common theme. Other teams may go away and defend and scrap for points and get points and that is something we've got to do a lot better away from home."
Meanwhile, Chesterfield have confirmed Robert Page must serve a one-match suspension after accumulating five yellow cards this season. The defender reached the threshold in the defeat at Hereford and will miss Burton`s visit to Saltergate on Saturday.
