Toure or Fibrelass should be captain definitely. We shouldnt have let Gilberto go, he was experienced and well liked in the club. Plus a great sportsman. No one had a bad word to say about the guy. I wish Arsene would just sometimes keep an older player for the good of the squad, Pires is another who shouldnt have been sold, just give them two more years before relying on the youngsters

Henry was far from a good captain. he started well but began berating other members of the squad because HE didnt get a goal. He was a legend for arsenal and i love the guy, But once made captain he never played at his best again. He didnt get us to the Cham League final, the team as a whole did. What he did do though was fluff 3 guilt edge chances in that final, that he should have put away. He didnt step up to the mark in the final. Gallas shoud not be captain and should never have been captain, but his experience is very important for such a young team.

He has got no right to question anyones commitment after the way he has behaved in the past i.e. turning your back to goal when the opposition has a penalty and behaving like a spoilt brat.
Most of the Arsenal youngsters have more maturity and skill than Gallas could ever dream of having and his latest outburst is just yet another petulant rant from a tallentless primadonna.
