Thu 20 Dec, 02:30 PM

Norwich defender Ian Murray is considering a move back to Scotland in the January transfer window after falling out of favour at Carrow Road.Murray, 26, has not featured since the 3-0 defeat to Plymouth last month and is restless at his lack of first-team football.

He told the club's official website: "It's been a bit frustrating because I haven't played since Glenn Roeder came in

"I played in every game under Peter Grant and Jim Duffy but now it looks like the manager doesn't fancy me.

"I like it at Norwich and we have a great bunch of lads but I just need games. I would consider going back to Scotland.

"I have read that Falkirk and Hibs are interested in me but the ball is in Norwich's court."
