Carlisle defender Zigor Aranalde has urged his team-mates to maintain their focus in the push for promotion after moving into second place. The Blues secured a 1-0 victory over Crewe on Saturday and the 34-year-old Spaniard insists his team must be ready for each of their remaining 21 matches, starting with Friday's trip to struggling Cheltenham - manager John Ward's former club.
He told the club's official website: "To be sat in second place at this time of the season means it is all there for us.
"What we have to do now is make sure that we keep on top of things and keep doing things the right way.
"We have to take each game and work towards it as it comes along, making sure that we have prepared as thoroughly as possible.
"It won't be easy against Cheltenham, so we will have to concentrate and do things properly."
