Leyton Orient full-back Charlie Daniels insists the Os are not surprised by their good form this season - and hopes they can keep it up.Martin Ling's side moved up to sixth with a 2-1 win over Luton at the weekend and the on-loan Spurs man sees no reason for them not to continue their fine run against Northampton on Friday night.

"We'll go there with a lot of confidence, we're looking forward to it," he said.

"The gaffer thinks we should be up there and the players do too."

Daniels returned to the starting XI on Saturday having been dropped for three games previously but insists it only made him a better player.

"If you have a poor game you're going to be dropped," he added. "That's the way the gaffer likes to do it and that's the way I want it too. It means you'll always get another chance."
