Southend have allowed striker Charles Ademeno to join Blue Square Premier outfit Rushden and Diamonds on loan until May.The 19-year-old is yet to make his full first-team debut but did make two substitute appearances prior to this season.

Ademeno joins Rushden and Diamonds following previous loan spells with Bishop Stortford, Cambridge United and most recently Welling, where he made six appearances earlier this season.
