Bradford City defender David Wetherall has warned his team-mates they risk a relegation battle if they write off their season.Bradford's slim play-off hopes have been dashed by successive home defeats, but skipper Wetherall insists their League Two campaign is far from over.
Wetherall, who will hang up his boots this summer and become first-team coach at Valley Parade, said: "We still have a big job to do this season, make no bones about that.
"There are a lot of points to play for and people are plain wrong if they think we can switch off and settle for mid-table mediocrity.
"We can't afford to think like that because teams below us have realised they're in trouble and have started stringing results together.
"Lincoln and Mansfield are two examples and if we switch off, before we know it we could get caught by the teams below us."
