Lens midfielder Sidi Keita is recovering from a health scare that saw him hospitalised during the 0-0 draw with Nice last weekend.
The Mali international left the pitch after 15 minutes complaining of sickness and double vision and, after failing to respond to treatment, was rushed to hospital.
Initial suspicions of heart trouble were dismissed and it is understood he merely fainted, but was advised to rest this week ahead of a fitness test before the weekend.
"He's doing fine, he's just impatient," head coach Jean-Pierre Papin said. "He still has to pass a physical today, but he will be available from next week.
"He did not train this week and doesn't remember anything. We were all taken by surprise, we didn't know what to do with ourselves, but the good thing is that it was nothing serious."
At the time of the incident the club were unsure of how to act, opting not to tell the players what had happened to their team-mate until after the game.
"We didn't want to say anything at half-time because we genuinely thought it was a lot more serious. You have to be careful what you say to the players, the consequences could be very sensitive."
"On the pitch, at first, we had no idea," full back Fabien Laurenti admitted.
"When we learned of what happened after the match, it was a real shock. The coaches did not tell us so that we wouldn't be worried. Before, when this sort of thing has happened to other players, it has been shocking, but when it happens to a team-mate it's bizarre.
"We saw that he'd gone off but assumed that he'd hurt his thigh or ankle."
