Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Holland welcomes back Julian Baudet from injury for the visit of Hartlepool on Saturday afternoon.Baudet has missed the Railwaymen's last three games with a thigh complaint but has regained full fitness and comes into contention to face Pools.

Shaun Miller is available after he recovered from an ankle problem but the forward is likely to have to settle for a place on the bench at best.

Patrick Boyle has been cleared to play after the on-loan Everton full-back extended his stay at the club by a further month.

Joe Anyinsah and Ryan Lowe will hope they did enough in their brief substitute appearances in the 3-0 victory at Gillingham to earn a recall to the starting line-up. The victory ended a run of five games without a win and moved Alexandra four points clear of the relegation zone.
