Cherries duo to miss Gills clash

Bournemouth boss Kevin Bond is certain to be without defenders Neil Young and Warren Cummings for the trip to fellow strugglers Gillingham.Young and Cummings will both be missing against the Gills with respective ankle and shin injuries.

Young is suffering from a slight strain while Cummings underwent an operation to clear up an ongoing shin problem.

There is better news on Lee Bradbury and Jo Tessem, who have both returned to training after recovering from a virus and a back problem and both are set to feature in Saturday's squad.

David Forde is set to extend his emergency loan at the club allowing him to play in matches against the Gills and Tranmere on Monday with Neil Moss (wrist) and Gareth Stewart (broken leg) both still sidelined.

Ryan Garry (shin), Darren Anderton (hamstring) and Steve Foley (back) remain long-term casualties and Russ Perrett is still short of fitness.
