Cheltenham boss Keith Downing will hand a start to striker Paul Connor for the trip to Kenilworth Road to face Luton on Saturday afternoon. The Robins were dealt a blow this week when Steve Brooker was recalled from his loan by parent club Bristol City so Connor will take his place up front.

Another player on loan from the Championship side, Alex Russell, received an injection on his stomach injury this week but the midfielder will be missing for the Easter weekend double header, which sees Leyton Orient travel to Whaddon Road on Monday.

Forward Craig Reid has earned a recall to the squad after scoring hat-trick for the reserves against Swansea in midweek.

Michael Townsend (illness), Gavin Caines (knee) and John Finnigan (ankle) remain long-term absentees.
