Neil Danns is in line to return to the Crystal Palace squad for the Championship clash away to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.The former Birmingham midfielder has been sidelined for a month with a groin problem, but he played for the reserves in midweek and should travel to Hillsborough as the Eagles look to earn a win that could lift them into the play-off places.

Defender Tony Craig is also fit following his recovery from shoulder surgery but injury-jinxed winger Paul Ifill, having just got over a hamstring problem, is doubtful with an ankle knock.

Young forward Victor Moses and full-back Danny Butterfield missed last week's win over Barnsley with thigh injuries and are still struggling, while Mark Kennedy (Achilles) remains sidelined.

Winger Ryan Hall is available after returning to Palace following two months on loan at Dagenham.
