Little handed triple Dragons boost

Fri 21 Mar, 01:15 PM

Wrexham manager Brian Little has been handed a triple injury boost ahead of the League Two trip to Brentford on Saturday afternoon.Jeff Whitley (knee and virus), Neil Roberts (knee and shin) and Danny Sonner (Achilles) are all expected to be available for selection at Griffin Park after overcoming their various injury problems.

And the trio would all appear likely to start as Little looks to add some added experience into a side which has won two of their last three games.

Carl Tremarco and Neil Taylor have also overcome knocks sustained in the 2-1 win over Bury last weekend to give Little plenty to ponder.

Little, however, remains without the services of Rob Duffy (knee), Steve Evans (knee), Danny Williams (back) and Eifion Williams (hamstring).

Victory at Griffin Park could haul the Dragons off the bottom of the table.
