Wright relishing Saints scrap

Richard Wright is relishing the prospect of being thrown into the Championship relegation battle as he prepares for his Southampton debut.Goalkeeper Wright has joined struggling Saints on a month's loan from West Ham after Kelvin Davis, Barosz Bialkowski and Michael Poke were all struck down with injuries, and is set to face fellow strugglers Coventry at St Mary's on Saturday.

"I am not worried about the pressure, I am just delighted to be playing," said the former Ipswich and Everton keeper.

"I have played for England and in the Champions League and play-offs, so I am not worried about a relegation battle. I just want to play."
