Notts County have been given special dispensation by the Football League to extend striker Danny Crow's loan until the end of the season. The 22-year-old Peterborough forward has already spent the maximum three months on loan at Meadow Lane and Saturday's defeat at Wrexham should have been his last appearance for the Magpies.
However County have been granted an extension as Crow suffered a broken metatarsal just five days into his initial loan in October.
Crow is now eligible to play against Wycombe at the weekend and in the final game of the season at Chesterfield on May 3.
Crow said: "I'm delighted to be staying until the end of the season and I'm determined to score the goals that ensure Notts County are playing in the Football League next season."
