Swansea manager Roberto Martinez is revelling in the "special" feeling of winning the League One title at his first attempt with the Swans.Swansea claimed top spot on Saturday despite a 2-1 home defeat against Yeovil as results away from the Liberty Stadium went in the club's favour.

Martinez is understandably cherishing the moment after the success in his first full season in charge.

"Only one team can win the title and this is special," said Martinez.

"The scenes at the end of the game [against Yeovil] were something special. It was a day the players and fans should remember and treasure for the rest of their lives.

"To clinch the title with two games to go speaks volumes about the season we've had and the way the players have performed."
