Ian Holloway has urged Leicester fans to play their part in the club's battle against relegation when Sheffield Wednesday visit at the weekend.City moved out of the Championship's bottom three last weekend with victory at Barnsley, where they were cheered on by a travelling support of around 6,000.
Beating Wednesday at the Walkers Stadium on Saturday and recording back-to-back wins for the first time this season would guarantee Leicester's survival and in the region of 24,000 tickets have already been sold for the match.
Holloway said: "That is tremendous. If we can get a full house and Sheffield Wednesday have got to come down, let's make it as noisy as possible.
"The fans can play their part, they showed that at Barnsley where they were absolutely magnificent. I think they set the tone of it to be honest.
"They cheered us on from the start to the finish and there was unity there. The team played like the fans would have wanted them to. Sometimes out of adversity you get that and now we have got to reproduce it on Saturday."
