Several Burnley and Southampton players were the victims of theft during Saturday's 1-0 victory for the Clarets at St Mary's.Police were called to St Mary's shortly after the end of the match, with five home and nine away players having cash stolen from their belongings in the changing rooms.

A Southampton spokesman said: "We can confirm that there was an incident which we are investigating but we cannot comment further until we have more details."
