The Czech Republic goalkeeper's stay from Slavia Prague is due to expire in the summer and he does not expect to be retained.

"The season ends on May 12 and I can say that I am 90 percent sure of leaving Tottenham," Cerny told Czech daily Pravo.

"My contract will expire and we have not discussed a new one, so I will be looking for a different club.

"I would like to stay in England and believe, since I am playing in the Premier League, that I will have some offers."

The 34-year-old shot-stopper replaced Paul Robinson as first-choice earlier this season before losing his place to Robinson again prior to the Carling Cup final.

Cerny is currrently back in the starting line-up for Spurs because of an injury to Robinson and he admits his biggest regret is not starting the Carling Cup final.

"I am glad that I am again in the goal at the end of the season, although I am playing only because Robinson is injured," added Cerny.

"I have appeared in a lot of games during the season, I was number one for a while. I was just sorry to be dropped prior to the Carling Cup final.

"Although I think it was not only because of the mistake I had made in the previous game. But it makes no sense to mull over it."
