Simon Ramsden has underlined the importance of "staying focused" as his Rochdale side prepare for Monday's League Two play-off final.In what will be a history-making moment for Dale - their first ever appearance at Wembley - defender Ramsden has urged his team-mates not to celebrate prematurely.

The 26-year-old has played a pivotal role in the Rochdale defence throughout the 2007/08 season and ultimately helped guide them to the Wembley final.

Ramsden told the club's official website: "We can't get caught up in all the euphoria because we haven't done the job yet.

"We need to stay fully focused and treat Wembley as just another game.

"We were over the moon with the outcome of the Darlington game but the truth is - now is not the time to celebrate."
