lol gooners are going on about spurs fans again... there was a newcastle supporter here somewhere below as well, and you know what came to my mind? i think once gooners start to go through prologed period of failures & AW leaves at some point eventually, it will be all downfall from there. You can make all the fun of spurs for now, but the truth is that teams like Spurs and Newcastle will ALWAYS hold onto their fanbase, with or WITHOUT trophy & success - that's a luxury that not every club can boast, especially the ones with 'bubble' fanbase acquired from momentary successes of recent times.

I think we should keep Berba and go for Arshavin... we got Modric already, watching Euro 2008, I can't help but fantasise about Modric-Keane-Berbatove-Arshavin line-up... will probably be the cleverest attacking force in the whole EPL, possibly even in Europe... well, fantasy aside, whatever the transffer speculations of the day are, they are just that - speculations... after following every Euro matches, I'm just happy that we got Modric, I really have a feeling that he will be special for us next season...

My post was mainly in response to so many Arsenal fans mocking Spurs, when they should be more concerned with their own issues. It looks to me as if their ridiculing of Tottenham's ambitious transfer plans is more an insecure reflection on their own anxieties about lack of ambition. So sod off you funny coloured dinosaur.
