England will return to the scene of their greatest triumph when they travel to Australia for two Tests in 2010.
The sides will meet at Perth's Subiaco Oval on June 12 then again a week later at Sydney's Olympic stadium, the same venue where England beat Australia in the 2003 World Cup final.
"It will be great to see our old nemesis, the English, back in town," Australian Rugby Union chief executive John O'Neill said.
The Australians will also host Fiji in Canberra on June 5 and Ireland in Brisbane on June 26 as part of their preparations for the Tri-Nations.
The schedule for the Tri-Nations is expected to be released before the end of the month.
Australia are due to host New Zealand twice, with one match in Melbourne, and world champions South Africa once.
Australia schedule for 2010:
June 5 v Fiji, Canberra
June 12 v England, Perth
June 19 v England, Sydney
June 26 v Ireland, Brisbane

england and australia are suprisingly similar at the moment. an unhealthy mix of senior players and young players, who arent quite at international level yet.
the wallabies have got one of the most promising squads in world rugby at the moment (and i said PROMISING not BEST or SUCCESSFUL before you jump on my back) at least Deans accepts that loses have to be accepted before a world cup winning squad can be born. Johnson seems to have to have success NOW, and seems afraid to build. i dont blame hi of course. the old farts who are the powers that be wouldnt be able to see it as building for the future, theyd just see it as bad coaching.
johnson has a LOT of good players that he should be picking to blood for the future. Shane Geraghty, Mike Brown, Olly Morgan, Stephen Myler, Sam Vesty, Danny Care, these are the players that will be best poised to play RWC 2011 AND continue on afterwards. if it means a few matches of hiccups beforehand just to gel them as a unit, thats gotta be accepted
not an england fan, but even i can see the potential in the vast player pool at englands disposal
dont be such a prat ...maybe if you get 15 new players and a new coach from those that were in the tri nations aussie rugby is a joke at the moment
2-0 to Australia then.
