Rookie Blackpool defender Ash Eastham has been recalled from his loan spell at Hyde United ahead of Tuesday's Carling Cup third-round clash at Stoke.
The 18-year-old has enjoyed an impressive stint at Ewen Fields and could be thrust into action at the Britannia Stadium.
The Seasiders are short of defenders after Ian Evatt sustained a hamstring injury in Saturday's 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest, ruling him out for at least a fortnight.
