MK Dons defender David McCracken insisted that he was happy to take the flak from Wycombe fans on Saturday after the Dons ground out a 1-0 win.
McCracken left Adams Park in the summer to link up with Paul Ince`s side and saw his new team-mates move up to fourth place in League One with the win.
He said: "I was hoping that Jermaine Easter would be fit for us as he would have taken a bit of heat off me!
"I knew there would be a reception but that's football.
"There were a few boos early on but it disappeared a bit because we had all the play and the ball was not in my half much.
"It was a matter of getting the job done and we player very well. We should have had more goals but we saw it through and it is a good three points."
