Ipswich midfielder Jack Colback insists spirits are "still high" at Portman Road despite the club`s poor start to the season.
Colback scored at Doncaster on Saturday but saw a late equaliser deny Roy Keane his first win of the season and keep Town in the bottom three of the Championship.
But the on-loan Sunderland man said: "We are taking steps forward every day in training and in games we are looking better and it was always going to come. We just need that three points and a little bit of luck."
He added: "We've seen things stepping up. The wheels are slowly starting to turn and I think it will just take that one win and we'll push on from there.
"I think you only have to watch that game (against Doncaster) to see the spirit is still very high.
"The lads aren't down at all and they're coming into training every day and working hard because we're determined to turn it around. We will, it's only a matter of time."

patience is such a cliche .
keane knows that the board and fans patience will run thin very soon with this run of results.
we still could do with strenghening our defence and finding a prolific goal scorer.
turn things around ?? make it quick !!
I think you probably will Jack, but your team will have to be effective in both halves of your matches! Neat passing football is one thing, winning the match often requires something extra. When you and Peters came on in the second half, it coincided with an upturn in the Ipswich performance. Your goal was really well taken.
Well done to one and all. Bet the manager was relieved.
