Former England captain Michael Vaughan has agreed to take a development position with International Sports Management - the company which represents Andrew Flintoff.
Vaughan, who retired as a player this summer, has already signed up as a commentator for BBC's Test Match Special this winter and his new role as business development manager with ISM continues his move into off-field interests.
While Vaughan's job involves a business element, he will also work with the company's cricketing clients - including Ashes-winning seamer Graham Onions and Somerset's South Africa-born wicketkeeper-batsman Craig Kieswetter.
Andrew Chandler, ISM's managing director, said: "We've had a relationship going back to 2001, we know Michael well and I've always thought he had great potential in the business world - this is the next logical step for him."
