Arjen Robben has returned to the Real Madrid squad for their Group H Champions League match against Juventus in Turin.
The Netherlands international was ruled out of the derby win over Atletico Madrid but he was included in Bernd Schuster's 18-man squad for the trip to Italy.
Robben is the main change to the squad that beat Atletico 2-1, with Guti, Mahamadou Diarra, Miguel Torres, Michel Salgado and Javier Saviola all missing.
Madrid are top of Group H with six-points from two games while Juve are second with four points.
The other match in the group sees BATE Borisov take on UEFA Cup champions Zenit St Petersburg in Russia.
Zenit coach Dick Advocaat will be missing long-term injury victim Nicolas Lombaerts, who has been out since February with a knee problem.
BATE are expected to again be without 19-year-old midfielder Maksim Zhavnerchik, who fell out of favour with coach Viktor Goncharenko after the defeat to Real Madrid on September 17 and has failed to feature for the team since.
Defender Anri Khagush is available after serving a one-match ban for his dismissal against Real Madrid on the opening day.
Bayern Munich boss Juergen Klinsmann is still hopeful Italy striker Luca Toni will be fit to face his former club Fiorentina in their Group F clash.
"The doctors are very optimistic," Klinsmann said. "It's not 100 per cent, though.
"He's extremely motivated and as long as he gets the green light he will play."
Toni bruised ribs against Karlsruhe in the Bundesliga, while Franck Ribery and Miroslav Klose also came off with knocks but are only slight doubts.
Fiorentina are sweating on striker Adrian Mutu, who missed the 3-0 Serie A win over Reggina.
Lyon's shaky defence will be without injured duo Mathieu Bodmer and John Mensah for the Steaua Bucharest match, meaning Cris and Jean-Alain Boumsong should play.
Young defenders Sebastien Faure and Lamine Gassama have also been included in the squad.
Midfielder Fabio Santos and winger Sidney Govou also miss out while full-back Francois Clerc is a long-term absentee with knee-ligament trouble.
Steaua were recently dumped out of the Romanian Cup by a second-tier side while their 2-0 Liga defeat at Otelul Galati leaves them third, four points behind leaders Dinamo Bucharest.
